Welcome to Bear Landing on Basque Drive! Located in the heart of Northstar at Tahoe and on the shuttle route, this 4-bedroom, 4-bath home is the ideal spot for your next family vacation. This two story home offers plenty of year-round fun and is perfectly set up for family or friend reunions.
The front entrance of this property offers seating and coat storage as it opens to the great room. This spacious and inviting area features floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of Martis Valley. The great room is furnished with comfortable leather couches, a large flat-screen TV with DVD and YouTube TV, a dining table that seats 8, a game table that seats 4, and a spacious kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar, granite countertops, a gas range, and new appliances. On either side of the great room, there are two primary suites, each with king-size beds, en suite bathrooms featuring double sink vanities and stand-up showers. Off the kitchen, you'll find a full-size laundry room and a half bath.
During the summer, enjoy a spacious deck off the main living area, complete with outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and 180-degree views of Martis Valley!
Downstairs, the space is designed for fun with a large game room at its center. You can enjoy a variety of gaming options, including a pool table, ping pong table, an entertainment center with a TV and DVD player, and plenty of games and toys for all ages. This area also includes two futons that can sleep up to 4 kids. Sliding glass doors lead to the ground level, where you'll find a flat and clear outdoor area perfect for snow play in the winter or summer fun.
On either end of the game room, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. To the right, you'll find a room with two twin beds, and to the left, a bedroom with a queen bed. Both bathrooms are identical, each offering double sink vanities and bathtub/shower combinations.

About Northstar at Tahoe Resort:
A free shuttle is available year round to take you to skiing or the village, just call the pick up number and the closest stop is right outside the home. The Village at Northstar offers shopping, dining, roller and ice skating (weather dependent), yoga, spa services and the recreation center.
This home is located in Northstar and is 5 minutes to The Northstar Recreation Center - where guests can enjoy the lounge, spas, lap pool, fitness center, game room, pickleball/tennis courts, bocce ball, and basketball court for $10 per day ages 5 and up. The hot tub and pool amenities listed for this home are shared at the recreation center and are only available on the weekends.
The Village is quaint, with cobblestone pathways and the skate rink as the focal point and offers snacks, drinks and s'mores kits for purchase to enjoy around the gas fire pits. Other village offerings include a movie theater, weekend live music and various festivals, from food and wine to beer and bluegrass music, throughout the year.
